Peaks and Pods is the perfect place for cyclists to stay. Here’s how we help –

There’s a bike store room next to the Log Store, with secure entry and wall-mounted bike hooks.

We have a bike repair stand for cyclists to use, including some basic bike maintenance tools and essentials. Outside The Hub there’s a hose pipe for use as a bike wash, an outdoor sink and a hand washing station.

Wash and dry your clothes at the Little Laundry at the other side of The Hub, or hang wet gear to dry in the Bike Store.

Each of our luxury camping pods has either an ensuite bathroom or its own private shower room next to the pod for that essential post-ride shower, all with heated towel rails. The double bed in each pod has a comfortable pocket-sprung mattress for a great night’s sleep, complete with feather and down bedding (or microfibre if you prefer).

The pods have their own fully-equipped kitchenettes with two-ring hobs and a microwave, where light meals can be prepared.

In your private outdoor area, you’ll find a fire bowl that can be used as a barbecue grill, with charcoal sold on-site. There’s a large Weber barbecue at The Hub and one pod –  The Folds – has its own Weber barbecue on the patio.

Our wonderful gas-fired Dome pizza oven is available to hire for £15 (including fuel and cooking tools). Located at The Hub, it’s the perfect place to relax with friends and enjoyed a well-earned carb-fix.
