Bus Services:
No buses go directly past Peaks and Pods, but buses do run through our nearest villages – Rathmell (2 miles) and Tosside (2.5 miles).

- North Yorkshire County Council runs a bus service between Tosside and Horton-in-Ribblesdale. The bus calls at the nearby villages of Wigglesworth and Rathmell.

- During the summer months the Bowland Explorer runs through the Forest of Bowland AONB, passing through Gisburn Forest and Slaidburn, and crossing the summits at Cross of Greet and Bowland Knotts. It also passes Stocks Reservoir – home to one of ITV’s Top 100 Walks.

The Bowland Explorer provides a link to the Yorkshire Dales at Ingleton and Clapham. It connects with Bentham Line rail services from Leeds and Morecambe at Bentham station, and at Clitheroe Interchange with Clitheroe Line rail services to/from Manchester, Bolton and Blackburn (connections for Preston).
