What happens next
Once your order form has popped into our inbox, we will send you an invoice. Your gift voucher will wing its way to you (or the lucky recipient) by post or email once we have received your payment.
If you don’t receive an invoice within 24 hours, please check your junk/spam folder and if you haven’t received an invoice please email email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Gift vouchers are usually valid for 12 months, but we’re extending the date for all new vouchers to 18 months from the date of purchase, to allow greater flexibility due to the affects of coronavirus.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. (Guests who can’t come when planned due to coronavirus legal restrictions will be invited to choose new dates in the future.)
Stays must be taken before the expiry date shown on your voucher.
We do get booked up well in advance (especially at weekends) so we encourage recipients to make their booking as soon as possible to get their preferred dates.
