We don’t offer any refunds for bookings made from 28/12/2020.

All bookings made from this date are made under the ‘Coronavirus Booking Guarantee‘ that guests must agree to before they book.

The guarantee means that guests will have the flexibility to rebook their stay on different dates in the event of coronavirus restrictions. No refunds will be made.

Bookings may be cancelled up to six weeks before the start of your stay. Your deposit is non-refundable, but we may refund your deposit (minus a £40 admin fee) if your stay is rebooked.

Bookings made from 01/04/2020

If your stay can’t go ahead due to coronavirus restrictions, please email hello@peaksandpods.co.uk.
